Games seem to run fine, but when the screen scrolls, it gets really jerky and stutters and looks horrible. Vsync off in both gives even worse stuttering. I have tried Vsync on in Retroarch itself, and also off but with it turned on through the Nvidia application settings instead. Retroarch is set to use 59.940Hz (which it detects my display as). My TV is set to 59Hz (59.94) in the Nvidia control panel (I've also tried 60Hz instead). However, I'm getting terrible frame pacing stutters.
